During the COVID-19 pandemic all the physicians at our office have been accepting virtual appointments over the phone and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. The highest level of health and safety standards have been implemented to prevent the spread of COVID-19. These additional precautionary measures include patient screening for COVID-19 symptoms, staggered appointment times, physical distancing, patients waiting outside the office until being taken directly to an examination room, hand sanitizer upon entry, and physical barriers at the reception desk.
All patients over the age of 4 will be required to wear a nonmedical face covering when coming into the clinic. The safety of our patients, staff, and physicians is our number one priority. We sincerely hope that the measures we have put in place will make all patients feel safe. Please remember we are open to provide virtual and in-person care to all patients five days a week.
We would also like to share our good news that Dr. Ryan Cross has joined our team as of September 1, 2020.
We are asking that many of Dr. Randy Cross’s patients re-roster with Dr. Ryan Cross as their principal doctor. This will allow Dr. Randy Cross to slow down a little and allow him to play more hockey and golf!
